01General Terms

Ku91 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the platform") is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between ku91 and its users.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. The Bengali version shall be considered final for any interpretation. ku91 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any changes.

The ku91 platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Participation involves financial risk, and users acknowledge that they bet entirely at their own responsibility.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to open and use an account on ku91:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age — this is strictly enforced
• Complete and accurate information must be provided at the time of registration
• Each user may register only one account
• Only one account per household may be operated
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone
• Registration from countries where online betting is legally prohibited is not permitted

After registration, ku91 may request a copy of your national ID or passport for identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

03Betting Rules

Please make sure you understand the following rules before placing bets on ku91. These rules apply to all betting markets — Sports Betting, live betting, e-sports, and beyond.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the latest odds always apply
• If an event is cancelled or ends in a draw, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded
• Ku91 reserves the right to withhold bet settlements if match-fixing or any other irregularity is suspected
• Bets may be voided if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• If an event in a parlay or combo bet is cancelled, it will be removed from the bet and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary across different markets

Ku91 reserves the right to close or modify any betting market at any time. Under special circumstances — such as natural disasters, regulatory changes, or security concerns — betting on specific events may be temporarily suspended.

04Payment & Transaction Policy

Ku91 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Using another person's account to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited
• In line with our anti-money laundering policy, additional verification may be required for large transactions
• Bank transfer and mobile banking — both methods supported

If a withdrawal is declined, the reason will be communicated via email. In most cases, this is due to incomplete identity verification or unmet wagering requirements. For any payment-related issues, please contact our support team.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ku91 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the relevant offer page. General bonus terms are outlined below:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only
• A specified wagering multiple must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Each bonus offer has a set wagering deadline — the bonus will be forfeited once the period expires
• While one bonus is active, another bonus generally cannot be claimed at the same time
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in immediate account closure
• Wagering requirements may apply to winnings from free bets
• Ku91 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku91 platform. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Any fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Betting using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Betting for the purpose of bonus arbitrage or system exploitation
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes
• Attempting to hack or modify the platform's software
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Registering an account with false information

If ku91 detects suspicious activity on an account, it reserves the right to suspend that account immediately for investigation. The account holder will be notified by email during the process.

07Limitation of Liability

Ku91 always strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, ku91 is not liable under the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed due to an internet connection failure
• If a transaction fails due to a technical issue on the user's device
• If a delay occurs due to a third-party payment gateway error
• Force majeure — where services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, or government restrictions
• If login credentials are compromised due to user negligence

Ku91's total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. ku91 shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental losses.

08Account Closure & Suspension

Ku91 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For any breach of these terms and conditions
• Where evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity is found
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
• By order of a legal or regulatory authority
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period

Users may request to close their account at any time by emailing support@ku91.click. Before closure, any verified balance will be available for withdrawal.

09Responsible Gaming Policy

Ku91 believes betting should be entertainment, not an addiction. That's why we take responsible gaming seriously. The following protective features are available on our platform:

• Deposit limit controls — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits
• Self-Exclusion — suspend betting for a set period or permanently
• Reality Check — periodic reminders of your time spent playing
• Cooling-Off Period — take a temporary break from betting
• Age Verification — access is prohibited for users under 18

10Changes to Terms & Contact

Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect means you have automatically agreed to the updated terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you may request account closure.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Resolution will first be attempted through our support team.
